Default How To Tell Time!

On some bases the Air Force is one one side and the Civilian aircraft use the other and the Control Tower sets right in the middle.

One day the tower received a call from an aircraft asking, "What time is it?"

The tower responded, "Who is calling?"

The aircraft replied, "What difference does it make?"

The tower replied, "It makes a lot of difference........

If it is an American Airlines flight, it is 3 o'clock.

If it is an Army aircraft, it is 1500 hours.

If it is a Navy aircraft, it is 6 bells.

If it is a Marine Corps aircraft, the big hand is on the 12 and the little hand is on the 3.

If it is an Air Force aircraft, it's Thursday afternoon and 120 minutes to "Happpy Hour."

ROFL!

I'm sorry, but this is one of the funniest things I've read in a LONG time! We have family in ALL branches of the service, and this post couldn't be more right...

Karen's response was, and I quote... "OH MY GOD! Don't let my brother's see this!" They are marines... LOL!

Awe Yesh Lynn. If pilots are supposed to be the smartest, what the heck does that make me and all the rest of the Leathernecks?

I am a 1500 fella and thanks to all who serve or served. It takes us all, no matter the branch to make it work!

Being an Airforce brat, I know now where my fondness for happy hour comes from.
