| | Tell me how to say pfeil. Subject pretty much says it all. How do you pronounce the word pfeil? feel? puh-feel? file? ratatouille?

| | Re: Tell me how to say pfeil. "File" is the pronounciation and I think it translates "arrow" thus the symbol of an arrow below the "sweep number." Some just call them "Swiss Made" so either way people know what you are talking about. |

It is pronounced file, and it does translate as "arrow"
The Pfeil tools are marked with an arrow.
Here is a site that will actually pronounce words in German. Dictionary / Wörterbuch (BEOLINGUS, TU Chemnitz)
