unAmerican fur shur! As far as driving you crazy, I thought that was a prerequisite for this board. We already know how HI HO is!

Based on your further explanation of these being appelate cases, I am not sure there truly is a right or wrong. That's not just sour grapes from giving the "wrong" answer to this one, but more of an observation about how things work.
