The radio in the shop is set to country, which also handles Nascar races (swmbo doesnt like the races). I will listen to anything. I'm not a fan of rap hop/hop or opera. Anything else goes.

Well,I enjoy Bluegrss, and since Susique introduced me to Celtic,I enjoy it more. Big problem,it seem that some dust got into my player and now I' going blow it out with my air compressor. Or maybe I should change the batteries,I really believe my trained , didn't like Celtic.

When I carve indoors I have my puter tuned to aolradio.com, its free. Usually listen to DooWops, 50's music, Blues, Contemporary Christian, C & W.
Have to stop carving sometimes due to that nostalgia stuff bringing a tear or two.

I enjoy a wide range of music....and have an mp3 loaded with over 200 songs and counting, with play lists made up so that I can either listen to random selections or just what ever I am in the mood for....Peter, Paul & Mary, classic rock, classical, gregorian chant, bag pipe music, celtic, a touch of country, what ever.....and if not music, then the tv tuned into Cnn news...

To add some to my posting, a little
"Only Time" by Enya and "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley helps the mood. No opera for me either, To much screaming, like the teeth hurt or something.

I have gads of Enya nad Loreena McKennit on my pc in the shop, I also adore Bon Jovi's Blaze of Glory and I play it round and round. I sing at the top of my lungs too...luckily you can't hear much over JBJ and the tools! I have Classic Queen in the PC as well and it usually never goes a day without being played at least twice BUT I am also a HUUUGE AC/Dc Fan and I play classic AC/DC while I work. I bought my husband an MP3 player for his b day a few years back and I use the crap out of it! I put it in my pants pocket and run the head phones up under my t shirt and to my ears. No chords a hangin! It works great and sounds great!
Great question, by the way-I always wondered that!

According to my wife, there's two kinds of music...Country and Western. In my CD changer, you'll find some Roy Orbison, Led Zeppelin, Allman Bros. Band, Jimmy Buffet and Roger Daltrey. About time to change them out for some new tunes.
