Default I saw a Wood Spirit in Motion

There it was ....in the upper window of the local community center, a Wood Spirit in motion?????? or was it just Colin Partridge on the cross trainer. It was sunny and the shine from the spandex made it hard to tell.
I guess he has a lot of energy to burn off now his shoulder is on the mend.
Keep up the good work Colin, I may be back there soon myself.

Bob

Yes Bob it was me you saw I have had enough of sitting nursing this wounded wing I thought it was time to get back to the gym. I am pleased to here you are going to be back at it as well. BTW only real men are brave enough to wear spandex.

Oh my (she says and she shields her eyes) that does "paint" a pretty vivid picture. And who was it that recently said we don't have a much FUN here as we used to? It's such fertile ground!

Colin, we're glad you're feeling better and are on the mend. Spandex, huh? That's got to have some therapeutic value....somewhere?
