About the same as a Powermatic,,actually some of theirs (PM's)are more expensive.

Cheaper too than having to have your thumb sewn back on and having it work as good as new...
For a hobbyist,, probably not. Full time, around a saw all the time,, I'll consider it when I need one.

For a hobbyist,, probably not. Full time, around a saw all the time,, I'll consider it when I need one. Heck, as a hobby i spent more on just one of my bicycles ... A saw for a business,, sure.

Be sure to let me know when they develop one of these for the Foredom. I've come closer to tragedy with that beast than I ever will by running a table saw.

What a great invention. If my high school shop teacher would have had one of those, maybe he would still have all ten of his fingers. Amazing.
