Had this one sitting without paint for a year. Catching up on unfinished carvings today.

Hey Don, great looking little mouse. I thought I was the only carver that had the conscession of having uncompleted carvings just around the shop begging to be finished!

great Christmas mouse don,

i made a few of the regular ones but the blocks were too short so i used a leather boot string for a tail, it was a big hit with the cat,, wife and skiddish daughter, as i pit them in the Christmas tree last year,

glad the tree had plastic ornaments, (because of infant grandchildren) the cat spied them mice from the floor about that time the daughter was curious why the cat was climbing the tree as it crashed to the floor, she seen the cat and mouse and freaked out...

well maybe this year the hat will keep that from happening..

Don,
a couple of bristles from an old paint brush make great whiskers on them little guys. The two Icarved last year stayed out all year on top our grandfather clock. Nice touch bringing the ears up through the hat.
