Default Sac. carving show

This weekend we went to a carving show in sacramento calif. man there are a lot of good carvers there. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, got a lot of new ideas. and met a lot of good people. ..... one of the booths was operated by a famous carver ( written a lot of books on carving) I seen him walking around and entering in the carving contest. but in all the time that i was there he was never in his booth no one there. his table was at least 20 ft long full of carvings and things for sale. but no one to sell it to you. wonder how he makes his money. books i guess.
