Default Rose Help

Here's the deal. I'm trying to carve a pheasant and have a real hard time with the head and beak and I saved the head of a pheasant in the freezer the other day for reference. One minor problem I forgot to tell my wife. And I heard a scream in the basement the other day and heard my name called loudly. My first thought was spider, and of course my second though was "Did I tell my wife about the pheasant?

Anyway I guess the question is how many roses should I get her for this "little" gaf?

Let's not rush to judgement! My wife put a turkey in our freezer and didn't consult me. It's not unheard of to have a pheasant in your freezer. There could be extenuating circumstances. Was it a nice looking pheasant that died of old age, or was it a mutilated, rotted piece of road kill? Was it carefully packaged and preserved or did you just toss that hunk of garbage in the 'fridge? I'm running out of lies and excuses; call the florist. Mike

Well since I often find myself in these kind of places My personal breakdown is

1 yellow rose if I want to get a blanket
1 red rose if I want her to ingore me but let me sleep in the floor inside of the house

from there anything from 2 to 11 is just asking for the fight , your trying to buy your way out and too cheap to do it .

One dozen will I get back in the house and the silent treatment for a week.

two dozen usally works for a short term soultion.

But the second year I was married I bought stock in the greenhouse ... I think I raised the stock 20 percent by myself .

The next best thing is a dozen and dinner out , but as I have gotten older I am now doing the single yellow ... a week out and a blanket can be a good thing

Garry, what do I need to do to get the silent treatment for a month or two? Mike

While it may cost a bit more than roses, anything measured in Karats (and I don't mean the orange root veggies) will usually work, and often gets you the "oh, you are just so wonderful" treatment instead of the ragged quilt and hardwood floor...

40 years plus of marriage to the same wonderful, forgiving woman, so I hope I've learned something in the process...
