In response to my Cancer

Hello all, I've had so many wonderful wishes from you all, I thought I would post a picture of my self and my beautiful bride of almost 55 years. This way I feel you all will know us as real people instead of just a bunch of words from a keyboard. From Vicky and I, "thank you all so very much", your wishes and prayers mean so much to us both. These pix were taken a couple years ago, me (the ham) and Vicky, the beautiful lady she is, both taken in much happyer times. "Is that all there is" (by Peggy Lee) our favorite song.

Wow cliff, Vicki is really pretty! I did not respond to your other post, I am kind of new here but early on I knew you to be a real gem of a guy here. I do believe in the power of prayer, I had a friend with lung cancer who went through a barage (sp?) of treatments (I think they did the marrow transplant too). He is alive and well today - 6 yrs later & going strong. I believe the prayers were a huge part of his recovery. You are in my prayers too. I love seeing the pic of you with a hint of a smile too!

Thanks Kris, Bob and Keoma, she's a woman thru and thru and can she cook, man, I hate to leave her, she's been my life support now for 55 years in April comming.

Thank's for posting the additional pictures which make our words much more personal and real. They make me feel like I just got through talking to you in person and like we need to go out and have a beer together. Until then I'll just have to post this silly smiley:

Dang, ain't know way I'm gonna let this cancer get me, to many guys lining up to get my little Mrs. (smile) Never here a word about how gorgeous I am.

Hi Cliff & Vicki, I love that song, used to listen to it a lot and so fitting to so many things in life.
