 Who Participates In Contest/shows Looking for a little input/guidance from those who participate or have participated in contest or shows. Recently, I entered an Army contest and recieved a 1st place and Honorable Mention for 2 of my pyrographs in the novice 2-D mixed media. Being my first competition, I am a little pumped.  On this one, since I was deployed, I submitted photos of my works and also submitted the original photo for the judges to compare. I would like to know is how many of you participate in contest and normally what do you have to do to enter your's? Would like to enter a few more later on down the road. Shows, well that will be my first attempt as well once I get back to the free world, just would like some advice and guidance on how you go about participating in those as well. Thanks in advance.  |
