All very good points, maybe Rockler does out source cust. service, thought I heard kids and pots and pans knocking in the backround, LOL. Bottom line is treat the customer right and they come back and recommend you to others. I should have just canceled the order and moved on, but at that point I was fighting over principal. Eddy, had a good laugh while reading your post, I promise the next rant will be shorter, until the next big Co. gets me fired up.
