Smile My solution to the Gas prices

Tell all of your friends to take up woodcarving.
You don't use any gas while carving.

Unless you had beans for lunch, in which case you will become a gas producer.

I am not a gas company fan...period! But that being said, I understand govt agencies, both feds and state are reaping greater "windfall" profits than the oil companies! Time to send emails to all the senators!! And while we are at it, a mention about all the "illegal aliens"! They can get in this country legally, we have no obligation to give felons anything! and consider how much gas the millions of illegals are using?

With all the walking Illegal Aliens do, maybe we should have a power-generating treadmill at the border....we feed them and house them, they put in 2 years of 8-hour days on the treadmill, then they're admitted into the U.S. on work visas and able to obtain jobs and citizenship in time like everyone else! Surely in that 2 years we could run a background check on them and weed out the terrorists from those who just want a better life and the ability to feed and provide for their families!
I'm sure there are as many holes in this theory as there are in our borders, it was just an off the wall response to Hi_Ho's comments.

It won't help one bit to give people some sort of tax rebate, or credit.
The oil companies would end up getting every bit of it back in there pockets.

Here in this area, the illegals drive better vehicles than most Americans and they get food stamps. Many Older generation(US citizens) in this area are starving. Go figure.
Nah, send them to Sudan and let the Mooslimes have them!

But us Jayhawkers are dealing with them more often than the state or federal government are. W ehave less now than we did a year ago. Maybe the word has gotten around in the MexiCAN community.
Jayhawkers love plinking CANS!
