| | Re: music Kenny, your collection sounds a lot like mine!!! Beatles, Dave Clark 5, The Amimals, Peter and Gordon, Hermans Hermats, Petula Clark, Beach Boys, Union Gap, Hollies, Stones, Cher, John Denver, Neil Diamond, ....etc!
But I listen to New Age and Celtic stuff when I carve lately: Lorienna MacKennett, Enya, Celtic Women, Soundtrack from Braveheart. But also Celin Dion, Enrique Eglasies (sp?), Sara McLaughlin, Nora Young, Chris Khristofferson, Gordon Lightfoot and Neil Young. When I need a laugh, I put on "Buddy What's His Name and the Other Fella's"!!!
Music.......I love it.

| | Re: music I’m with Claude, I carve in silence with just my thoughts and the sound of the tools…well there is the occasional damit! And talking to myself When I was the stonecutter at the monument shop I listened to rock and classic rock and contemporary Christian music. Now that I’m in the office, I’m talking all day with customers, vendors, funeral home, cemeteries, employees, etc. I just want peace and quiet when I can get time to carve, which isn’t much lately. |
