We broke a record with 27 (i think) straight days of over 90 degrees .

I caught a catfish the other day that had a Tick on it !

I heard thunder for the fist time in a mounth today. Better chance of rain tomorrow.
The apple crop is a lost from spring freeze and lasting drought.

I have a boat and received a letter from the Marina that it is docked at that they are losing slips because the water level is so low. They said that it is down 21 feet and drying up every day. They are going to make the boat owners start pulling their boats out if we don't get some rain soon. We've had 30+ days of 90+ degree heat with no relief in sight. That's odd for Tennessee, but I am ready for fall and cool weather (and I never thought I would say that). Gene, send us some rain!
