I was riding up till last year when my brother came over from Oz and stole my Yam to tour Europe! He's dropped it 4 times!! Here's one of my favourite bikes I stripped and rebuilt.

Simon,
Thats a sweet looking scooter.
You must be one heck of a brother after 4 times, I'd probably start asking for it back. Heck you know what scootin around Europe does sound like alot of fun.

Safe Carving and God Bless,

Mark

Been Riding anything with two wheels for 50 years. Wish I still had some of my old bikes. As my rideing are becoming painfull I have built a trike. As the old saying goes "Back in the saddle again".
Right now I have a:
99 Valkyrie Interstate Trike
98 Valkyrie Standard
98 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic

I built the trike from a wrecked bike. My wife painted it in a Sue Irish Dragon theme.
Riding coast to caost leaving July 18th. Ocean City Md to San Francisco CA. Boss says I can't take that much time off. Told him he didn't understand I don't care if I don't have a job when I get Back. His responce was I guess your going then.

Hey Goody...wondered where you've been!
If you come through Kingman on Highway 40 or on the parallel "motherroad" 66, you better holler and we will get some grub somewhere (you can't come this way without running the Motherroad! Germans haul their hogs over here just to run the old 66!

DecoyCarver,
Glad you chimed in. those are a couple of nice scooters you have there. Tell your wife awsome job on the paint and my hats off to you my man on the build great job. I know what you mean about the getting off and on part. Been having alot of issues with my hip so riding has been a little painful but I still keep going, just find myself stopping more these days. Good to hear from you.

Safe Riding, Safe Carving and God Bless,

Mark

New to website so I am just now finding this post. I have dreamed about being back riding for years. I am not going to give up. I was given a 1974 GL1000 Goldwing a couple of years ago. That was the first year it was made. Even back in high school when this bike came out I wanted it but never did get to have one. Now I have one but needs restored and need parts and right now the priority is to feed the kids, so who knows when things will come in place. I would like to ride one of those valkyries one day or an HD. Keep dreaming!
