Default How many bikers in the group

Hey all,
Spent yestrday out on the bike with my wife and some friends. Had a great time and good weather. Saw alot of bikers and bikes at the Harley appreciation days. As I was looking at the bikes and talking with some of the bikers I was wondering how many or if any of them were carvers. Got me to wondering.
how many bikers do we have in the group and was wondering what everyone was riding these days?

Safe Carving and God Bless,

Mark

mark i still have my last bike i built a 67 triumph bonny chopper, hardtail, springer front end. 9 foot long wheel to wheel. i haven't riden in years, when i got divorced 20 years ago, i got custody of my two daughters and biking took a back seat. i rode with a rough bunch,so it was for the best,i've seen too many either go to the grave or to the pen. i think it for sure worked out how it should have.

Been riding since the mid-sixties, total my Ducati in 2000, back to the restored "64" BMW after a side-car addition.

I rode a 1952 panhead from 1968 until 1989. Uninsured pick-up in Phoenix totalled the old beast and messed up my sense of balance to the point that I don't ride any more. Still love to hear the rumble when a pack goes by. Matter of fact, I still can't seem to part with my old leathers (even though it would take a concentration camp diet to get me down to where they fit again).
Oh well, all things must pass.

A 2001 Suzuki LC 1500. Haven't rode as many miles the past couple of years as we did from '01 to '07. She has 58,000 miles on her and running fine. Am planning on going to either Sturgis or Tennessee but work load may keep me closer to home.

That old Pan was fun in the 70's, I've had the Shovel for over 25 years but it's out in the shed collecting dust and has not been started in 5 yeasr or so.

1998 Suzuki LC 1500, 28k.

Longest solo ride was from Daytona to Dallas in 2004. Since moving away from my club, I'm not riding as much as I used too. occasionally to work when gas prices start to pinch and out on small jaunts with the wife.

I've wanted to go to Sturgis, almost made it once and life got in the way, maybe next year?
