Default I'm out of here....

I don't normally post this type of information, but I will be "AFK" (Away From Keyboard) until Monday. Actually, I'll jump on tonight before I leave to post a pic in xsailors painting/finishing thread - but that's it for awhile.

The reason I'm posting this time is because I want to rub it in --- I'm taking a little golf vacation at the beach. Golf used to be my favorite hobby until carving came along, but I still manage to get a little in. I'm going with my friend since childhood (whom I see VERY rarely now) - and that makes it even better.

Don't worry - I'm taking a few knives and pieces of wood along - just in case we get rained out, and to relieve any withdrawal symptoms that may creep in.

Thanks for the send off guys. While many here would not be interested, I KNOW there are some golfers here.

I'll let you know how it turns out afterwards. I don't know the exact courses right now - I'm tagging along based on his plans and I didn't even bother to ask.....
