We've had similar experiences with some of the "apple knockers" that show up around here, on occasion, Pierre.

I'm afrain I'd be one of those "white hat cowboys" though. If I tried to get on your gentlest mare, I can gaurantee, I'd have been throwed and stomped.
Sumpin' 'bout me and horses.

There appears to be something to the old saying that horses can sense something they don't quite like about a rider......... but then maybe they didn't like your deodorant. You were wearing Old Spice, weren't you?

The first time I got throwed and stomped I was about 7......not old enough to need deoderant, but in all likelihood, I probably was a mite ripe! Oddly enough, I used to really like horses......seems they just didn't ever like me. Not that I gave up easilly; throwed and stomped, throwed and stomped, throwed and stomped......can't even begin to count the times.

I suppose I'll hear from Lynn about this one....hard to hold my own here in horse country. hehehehe

Sorry. Too late. I already told my wife so you're now married to Lynn. End of story. My condolences to Karen.
