Default Links to carvers sites

I often get a few mins , especially while carving where to rest my eyes or hands I stop check the board and the wonder out into the vast web to enjoy other carvers work.

Then at times I go to look for special carvers and it seems like I am always blasted by the trash sites whihc really have no value except to try and reach into my pockets.

Would it be feasible to have a link site to the members web sites for ease of finding them? For I know we see some work and even the galleries but the work which is on their web sites just give so much more.
Especially ones like http://www.fishgap.com/
http://woodspiritcarver.netfirms.com/
http://www.feathersinwood.com/
http://www.whisperingeagle.com/Magazine.htm

I know it might be an issuse , but it would be a great asset resource like www.littleshavers.com
www.carvingpatterns.com

just a thought and a question.

Ash

Ash, a lot of them are already under "Other great sites" in the left column...but if anyone else wants a link to their site posted, drop Rob an e-mail at Rob@foxchapelpublishing.com

All he asks for is a reciprocal link!

Guys:
If you click on a person's name (right next to their avatar), a little pull-down window appears and one of the options is "Visit xxxxx's homepage"
All we need to do is to ask everyone to go to thier UserCP, and put the URL for their web site in (it's in "edit profile")

Claude
