I love your Guide Lynn I had a good laugh
Coming from Europe I grew up with the Metric system, you never need a chart for figuring out scales etc. when we came to Canada is was liking coming into a jungle ,figuring out what is what,it took us 30 years to get used to it and now we are in the metric system it is like a fresh breeze, BUT I am sorry for anybody who has to get used the system, it is the way it is introduced, 1Pound 945 grams???or so ,when I see how our Government gave this to the people I shuddered. it could not be more complicated and after how many years now,I forgot when we started, nobody got used to it. To me there is only one way and it is cold turkey, 1 pound is 500 grams, bingo.Do I confuse you more??? lol I did not mean to go on with this.
