Exclamation just a note to say hi

Hi folks!, I have not been around for a while.
I have been very busy this past summer with re-enactments all over the place. So far I have been to eight different events. I have done some carving though but unfortunatly I did not have a camera with me.
I was in Oswego.NY a few weeks ago, I found some eastern cotton wood bark at the fort, It was being used for fire wood!!! Although it was only about an inch to inch and a half in thickness, I carved wood spirits in the pieces and gave them away. I tried to sell them but there were not any takers. OH well.

Then two weeks ago at a mountain man event, I some how got roped into carving small knives for a bunch of kids. Of course they all loved them.
Well I'm still kicking and I hope that ya'll are too.
