Default Impatiently waiting...

I have no patience at all. Working with wood has taught me some patience, but when it comes to waiting for Santa Claus, forget it. I'm like a 6 year all over again.

I just today mailed a money order and order form off to Rick at Little Shavers for a new toy - er, tool.

I know full well that the pokey post office hasn't even got it as far as the next town up the line as of yet, but I'm already having to fight the impulse to run down to the post office tomorrow morning, and see if anything came in yet.

10 flipping days!!!!! The post office says, to get a letter from northern BC to Seattle, Washington. I could walk it there faster!!

I have no patience. None whatsoever.Smile

I like your driveway without even seeing it, Marci.

I walk past my post office at least twice a day, and it has been very hard not to break in and search the place. Bouncing S

I'd like to kill the post office. Jeez they're slow. Clerk in the PO told me it would take ten days to 2 weeks to get my letter from here in northern BC to Seattle, WA.

I could walk it there faster!!!

Dave,
I carved that buzzard sitting on a rock and had the same saying pianted on the rocks. I cant remember who I gave it to. Funny jillsy just asked about soldier patterns and I recomended Jim Maxwells Carving Carictures and the buzzard pattern is in the same book.

So I go online, and use the PO's tracking system. I just gotta know if Rick is about to recieve the order, or if I have to wait yet another week. (groans)

Talk about stupidity. The post office tracking only says it was accepted into the sorting station as of yesterday.

!!!

Same thing it said the day before, and the day before, and the day before....

I knew I should have used the Visa...

Yahoo! According to the PO, the order was delivered Friday just before lunch.

Now I really will be checking my post box every day.
