Default Hickory, NC show
the Hickory, NC show is this weekend at Hickory metro center. 10-22-2011. hope to see every one there, and would love to see some new faces as well. come yell at me if you see me.

Going to really miss coming up this year, but Tina qualified to go to the State tennis Championships the same weekend, so we will be going south to Charleston.

We are nearby in Asheville, but scheduled to travel west to Texas and (eventually) home in Calif. It's too bad the Hickory event wasn't listed in the Calendar of Events.

Phil,

Are you going to the Southern Highland Guild's event while you're in Asheville? It's that same weekend and a few carvers will be present. Tom Wolfe participates. I may go there on Sunday - after being in Hickory on Friday/Saturday.

I hate that I am going to miss it too. It's my anniversary so my wife and I are heading out of town for the weekend. This is one of the best shows of the year due to the other woodworking demos and displays that are also there. If you are in the area, be sure to try and check it out!
