I just wanted to take a minute to wish you all a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING. I've been so busy with family and carving committments, I haven't been able to spend as much time here as I'd like to. Things have to slow down soon.....not today though, too many pies to make! Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!!

This is one time during the year that we all get to eat what we carve!! Just don't turn that turkey into a caricature, wood spirit, or .......before you eat!!
