Default grinder repair

i was working on my two bad grinders hoping to make one good one,
well i ended up with extra parts and this.
its a greedy tool now,all input no work.

Too bad it's doesn't have two DC motors. When a DC motor is run in reverse, it becomes a generator. With the hookup you have, you could take a double socket electrical outlet, plug both sides in, and get a machine that uses electricity from the grid to spin a generator which puts electricity back into the grid, thereby reducing your electric bill...
