| | Re: Goody and Ashby Just talking to Ash this week he is well but extreamly busy with his business. Goody last I heard that he was fine but also extreamly busy. I havent talked to Goody since I was in West Virginia this fall but I would hear if something was wrong. I just think they are just like the rest of us busy with life.

| | Re: Goody and Ashby Still recovering from the christmas rush. Few more santas to carve and I am done last years orders. Day job keeping me busy as we are building a new factory and I have all the electrical control work to do. Also in the midst of building some new trainers for the automation classes I teach. In my spare time I am building a new control panel for the CNC router I bought and I am turning turning one of my bikes into a trike. Anna's still painting a lot and doing the year end paperwork for our business.
As for Ash he's just been goofing off. Just talked to him about an hour ago.

Goody, glad to hear that you and Anna are doing well. When you get the chance, please send some pics of any new carvings and paintings - they're always a pleasure to look at.

| | Re: Goody and Ashby Sorry I have been a bit out of touch, Jillsy .
I have been stealing a few mins here and there to try and say hello. And read a few posts on the boards.
I talk to Ron, about everyday and right now it is paperwork more than anything else. A necessary evil for me right now. W2's , taxes, system changes, upgrades, Journals, and all the other odds and ends. While still doing designs and production control gets a bit hetic but I am still in one piece, not sure of one mind but that has always been questionable.
I designed a very special piece for Ron, I will not tell you any more about it but I think when he shows it you will like it very much . It is in mahgony and the largest piece he has done to date.
I have started another walking stick out of chestnut, but ideas are never a problem. Time is always one.
I was told this year I made a lot of people cry at Christmas, I had one person called me Christmas Day and told me they did not know it was possible to stop Christmas... But you did. Seemed after they opened their gift, They cried for 30 mins.
And NO I did not sell the I pod to the little girl!
It was a picture of their father in marble that I wrote a little message for them who passed away 14 years ago.
So to show you some of the things I have been doing this is one I did for a grand daughter of a lady who passed away a few years ago. |
