Smile What is a good website for sharing photos?

Hi,
I recently became a new member. I noticed that most of you have a website. It looks kind of interesting. Could I get some advice on what everybody else thinks is the best system. Good versus bad features.

Thanks, Chipncut

Hi Chipncut, are you looking to have an actual website or are you looking for a place to put photos of you work, just to share? Before I had my website I put all my photos on www.photo.epson.com It's easy to join, just sign up and they allow you to put lots and lots of photos on for free.

For my website, I use FrontPage by MicroSoft, it's a great progam and if you have any computer smarts you can probably figure it out. I, however, am computer illiterate, so I hired someone to make my site and he's teaching me how to update it myself.

I found him by going through our local internet provider, they offer webdesign. Funny thing was, it was cheaper hiring him to make it than a local college student! The real plus thing is, he's always just a phone call or e-mail away.

There are a lot of options out there, this is my experience, hope it helps you out some! Good luck! Deborah
