Default Found Out Today my cancer is Terminal

I have been trying all afternoon to decide wether or not to post this but I have a reason. I was told today by my cancer specialist that if I'm damn lucky, I have one to maybe three years left (depending how it restponds to some new meds they are gonna try on me). Now the reason for this post is to BEG all you fellas over 50 to have anual PSA tests done. I've had the prostate cancer for two years, had 35 radiation treatments and have been on hormone therapy to try and control the spread of this dreaded disease.
Well, it moved to my lungs and now it's gonna be game over for me. Please guys, don't wait to have these tests, in my case I was too old to have the surgery. If caught in time it's really no big deal to have it removed, don't end up like me.
Cliff

Cliff... I can tell from your past posts and just from this post alone that you're a fighter so if I was you I wouldn't be paying a whole lot of attention to those so called doom and gloom experts. They don't always get things right. So you just keep doing what you're doing and enjoying each day for what it is. And know that you've got a whole lot of friends on this forum that have you in their thoughts and prayers! We're here for you old friend!

I am very sorry to hear this news Cliff. Like Eddy said you are a fighter and all you can do is your best. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. By the way I do get all of those over 50 test done. That is good advice.

Unhappy Re: Found Out Today my cancer is Terminal

I was just over commenting on your newest and excellent spoon when I found this post. I did not even know you had cancer at all, I have seen it and the radiations effects up close and know how bad it is. You keep fighting Cliff and keep carving your in my prayers.

I will take note and keep in mind the reason you have posted this.
