At the risk of sounding a bit smarmy, I would like to express an opinion of the people who run this forum and the people who visit and post on this forum. I visit other forums on other topics where egos clash and vitriolic words fly regularly. Not here. This is the most civilized bunch I have ever known on the internet. Ya'll are good folk! It is a pleasure to come here!

I don't post very often, and the reason is I really don't have anything to add to what is being shown or asked, but you people here are the greatest! I have learned so much from reading and looking. I hope nothing changes on this super forum. Thanks everyone. Daryl

Capt. Bandaid,
Smarmy Pmarmy who cares. I agree with you, it is a pleasure to sit and read and learn from this forums very accommodating crowd (and I do mean crowd) of folks. I sign on several times thru the day and night to enjoy the latest threads/posts. I also go to several different wood carving events and clubs and it's the same feeling. Must be the people drawn to carving are just nice people!
Incidently we probably are also helped along by our moderators and their down to earth appraisals of right and wrong.
