| | Excellent Service The title says it all!!! Orderd Wed, tools shiped Friday and I received the tools today. Sharp tools to say the least.
Yep, none other than Our famous Rick and Theresa Ferry of little Shavers.
Now I have delt with other Carving supply houses and none beats The Ferry's service and attitude, and helpfullness. My hat is off to these two in salute.
Rick and Theresa, EXCELLENT sevice and a pleasure to do business with you both.
Thank you. |

I was contemplating ordering Rick's beginner's set this week, but then saw a (simpler) set at the Ace hardware in town yesterday and began to wonder if I should wait for a shipment or go for the "instant gratification."
You helped me make up my mind Ken! Thanks!

| | Re: Excellent Service Well you did it right Anita, most of the sets the stores sell are low quality chinese stuff......stick with good carving tools....otherwise carving is just another chore! |

| | Re: Excellent Service Anita, I know Rick since he started his buisness & you will never be sorry for buying anything from him. If a tool needs sharpening & you can't get it right, send it to him & he will sharpen it for you.

Give then a call and you will not be sorry for waiting the extra couple of days.

That ought to be good for a few chuckles as well as a plug for good carving tools (and Little Shavers might I add)!

| | Re: Excellent Service Anita,
The set from Little Shavers is great for begiiners like us. The tools come ready to use and you get the glove and thumb guard--something I might not have remembered to buy otherwise. You just can't beat the price for the quality received.
