Default Ever rethink a word?

I busy making a mess down in my dungeon yesterday, when I got to thkning about words. I don't know why, I just have these weird ideas pop into my head while working on a carving.

Anyway, what went through my head was the word 'horse-shoes'.

Now, I'm not a caricature carver, and I can't draw worth beans, but the image I saw in my mind as I thought about horse-shoes was a stallion standing on his back feet with a half-dopey half-embarrassed look on his face while gazing down at his hind feet encased in size 48 EEEEEE Addidas track shoes. Or maybe they were Nike. Whatever.

Does stuff like this ever happen to anybody else, or am I just about ready for the looney bin?

Yes Whitecree....you are one of the very lucky people that live in the land of wonderful Red Cedar! Enjoy it and put them to good use.

A pal of mine stopped by one day with 2 hula hoops and 2 pairs knee hi, bright boots. He tossed the hula hoops 1 on each side of the yard and handed me a pair and says lets play.....well you know.

Oooooo - kaayy.... (moves away carefully)

Here's another one for you. Thunder-head. Can't you just see a cranky old man, all purpled up, hollering his head off?

Oh jeez, 'hollering his head off'... (looks in coffee cup)

I'm not sure I splained it , the game was ... tossing the the boots ( about 60 ft.) to land in the hoops for points....... the games name sounded exactly like "horseshoes"...
