Nice view, Cliff. I have just had a similar experience with a weeping willow this summer. Mine was not special to carve with and it does not burn at all.

thanks again for the coments on my snap shot, one thing I'm not, is a photographer but that picture just had to be taken, I was hoping to catch a fishing boat comming by to enter the area but no such luck. I also use it as my desk top wall paper.

Sharon, you're probably right when our season is agreeable, but dang, this cold weather and snow sure make the beauty of our little spot disapeer for a few months a year. They are calling for 6 inches of snow again tomorrow, oh well, we'll get thru it.

Hi Al, I don't think ya better get too far from the old shovel just yet, they're callin for some more white stuff tomorrow. I haven't seen any robins yet.
