Exclamation Ebay sellers practices Beware!

this weekend,
making a purchase or looking for an item,
i found a like item, and had time to do a little research on it because shipping and handling wasn't listed i wrote the seller and got back a response,

shipping is actual, but i add a little handling fee on at the end of the auction.

that just miffed me off,

he didnt even wear a mask,,
i wont buy from a seller that dont list all the charges up front before i bid, and this feller although may be on the up and up listed the item for $9.99 thats a little more than normal its worth, but didnt list S&H. \
info in shipping was see description details, on listing which didnt have nothing on s&H...

I believe businesses are allowed to make profit sure thats what keeps our economy going.
but for a feller to add charges after you won your auction and have entered in with a ebay contract, the seller adds on charges while you got your wallet open or hes got you in a bind using paypal.... its no more than robbery or the potential for it.

keep your eyes open!
Rant mode off!

Thomp I have sold on Ebay there's crooks on both sides of the fence there. I had someone try to steal my identity, the trick they use is to send you an email saying you won or you owe them money. "DON'T REPLY" thats how they hack into your email an steal your identity and if you have change your password as soon as possible. If you are curious go to your Ebay page and look for messages and thats where you find out who's honest or not. Luckily I didn't lose no money, since Ebay shut my account down. I appreciated thier help and still do business on there but am a lot more cautious with my transactions now.

The internet, like in real life businesses have good honest people and crooks. So don't let your experience stop you from doing business with reputible people

mel i was raised to believe all people are basicaly honest, and it gripes me to get out of the house some days,

but catching this tricky b*$t*rd at it before hand was something to make me think a little differently in the openion of the world...
this dude has over 5 thousand sales and a rating of 99% how he kept it i dont know,
i dont think i even remember his name or else i would go back and complain although it wouldnt do no good.

You are so right Thomp! We had a big problem with PayPal and almost costed us $ 400.00 last year. We finally got it fixed but had to close out our ckn acct and re open a new one due to the fact people had gotten into our PayPal account. On Ebay we have bought some china and got a few that was broken big time due to the seller's had only used one sheet of new paper to wrap it in..I have no pitty on writting up a seller with a Neg. when they are selling something and making some money then the seller could care least about the buyers once they have your money!!
