Default Eastern Woodland Carvers at Converse, Ind.

Anybody have any info on this July 21-22 show? We are trying to plan a trip to Niagra Falls this month and would like to find some carving stops. Also any carving places around Niagra Falls to see?

Doug,

When you're at the Falls, you're not to far from the carousel museum.

Hi Doug,
I will be attending the Converse show. It is in an air conditioned school gymnasium which will be a vast improvement over the previous several years when it was held at a local fairgrounds. Have attended for the last seven years and always enjoyed myself. Competition is real good, whittling contest is fun, and the Woodcraft Shop will be on hand if you need any supplies. I know Ol' Don, who makes patterns for chip chats is planning to be there, and Tom Brown, current President of CCA will be there as that is his hometown. If ya get a chance stop on by, I think you will enjoy it.

Thanks, if the trip materializes we will probably come by. We are still in the thinking about it stage as we only just today started talking about it.
