Default did you know?

I, just got back from a cruise, and on the ship they have a full time fruit & veggie. carver. A young man from the
Philippines, he started very and learned it from his father is also a f&v carver,
I thought it was really neat!
also for you y\who like to play with your food you can try some of these.

It is called garnishee, most decent restaurants would have some one that knows at least a bit up to $$$$$$$$.
That would include ice carving also.
They have their own shows also, a big deal. [Besides TV's Food Channel]
Pretty cool.

Here today, gone tomorrow. I wonder f the carver ever gets frustrated because of this?
