Default How deep is it over here?

One last nudge from old man winter on the first day of spring. We had flowers blooming already when this hit.

It only took an ice scraper to get rid of ours this morning.

Zip, zilch, zero, nada! The last bit of snow we had is mostly gone. Wife has been hinting it would be good to get a head start on the lawn and garden.

I wish it would snow...

Central Ohio was under a winter storm warning with 4 to 6 inches forecast. That was changed to 2 to 4 inches. Finally when all was said and done we got bout 1/4 inch. But there was black ice this AM with lots of accidents. Don't ya just love these weather f'casters TOM H

I can understand their jubilation. They haven't had any moisture for ages. Definitely what the wizard ordered. We started off with a day of freezing rain which stuck to everything, knocked out power and closed roads in all directions for a day. Small price to pay tho for this blessing.

I believe we had about a 1/4 inch of snow this year.
Not even enough for a good snowball.

Definately a weird winter all over. Like Rick we didn't have any snow until last week we got a 28 inch dump and about 5-6 last night. I never got around to putting my wifes snow tires on, so last night [just as I was making serious headway on a carving] I get the call. "I'm stuck on the hill, get the chain and pull me out!" Neighbors loved it.
Typical of northern Arizona, we'll probably be getting steady snow right up to Memorial Day, now that it has started. It's good though, we need it bad.

Ron,

We woke up this morning at 6 and had 1/2 inch of snow. At 9:30 this morning, all gone. Don't know how that converts to mositure like in rain but every little bit helps.
Hope all is well with you in Wichita!
