Default Customer service in America lives - at least in Seattle

Many of you on this board know that Rick at Little Shavers is great to work with. Well, here's another testimony.

I had purchased an item I had to exchange. I sent Rick an email and he said no problem, send it back and we'll take care of it.

I dropped the item in the mail yesterday for return and I got the replacement today! Rick had shipped the new one out before receiving the return item.

That's what I call customer service!

Well Rick, nobodies perfect, but you've got two things in your favor:

1) You do your best to reach the bar

2) You're aware there is a bar

...that can't always be said for some folks...

I had a bar in my hands once. Like to choke me to death. Had 200 lbs weights on each side. No impressing the purtty sweet thangs again.

Ah Rick,,,,,,,,, WAY TO GO!

Rick,
You OWN the bar! YOU set the bar! I'm not about to try to change that. I'm just glad to use your bar when I need it!

Another testimony and well deserved the only problem Rick has stated if we keep raising the bar he may trip over it. I couldnt agree more though Rick is the best I have ever delt with. This Canadain loves to shop in Seattle.

Holy catfish! He deals with Canucks????

That does it, as soon as I can sneak my wallet out of my wife's pocket, I'm gonna buy a knife from Rick.
