Well for about four million or so a person could have it. The massive beams are all hand hewn Chestnut, Oak and Hickory with some smaller H. Pine beams thrown in for flavor. The

beams in the greatroom were put up by a seventy year old man and his small crew.
The hand rails on the second floor gallery were done by me and my helper. They're Beech cap rails and had to be drilled and made square for the hammered iron pickets. Then we also had to drill the stair hand rails at an angle into the side knee walls and cap rails. So far we have drilled 240 holes and chopped them square. As soon as the "stair man" finishes the treads and risers, we will have another 120 holes to drill and chop out. Thanks for looking.
