| | Colin's contribution to the Amish Benifit Hi Gnng,
It was really hard for me to come up with a carving small enough in support of this thread. This carving for sale was one of my very first attempts at carving. I carved this cyprus knee way back in 1990 as you can see I had that Santa bug way back then. I would have gladly put one of my larger carvings up but the cost of shipping would have been out of this world. So I had this one that I had saved from back then but I cant think of a better place to list it than here. Unfortunatly I dont have anymore carving left that I did early in my carving career. Hope you like it.

| | Re: Colin's contribution to the Amish Benifit Nice work my friend. I got to see the carving in person when I was up there, and WOW...the photo, while great, doesn't do it justice!
It would be a great addition to your collection, Garry <GRIN>

| | Re: Colin's contribution to the Amish Benifit BTW sorry for the lousy job of posting that carving. It is the first one I have tried and I didnt do a very good job. I am sorry about the description of the carving half of the text is cut off. Also it says only shipped to Canada and that is not right as well I will ship it anywhere. Again sorry about the screw up but I am new to this ebay thing.

| | Re: Colin's contribution to the Amish Benifit Ok Ron,
I will be honest ,
The carving is of 2 santa's with a mounting between them. Colin shows through it . It is a very nice carving .
But I started dusting again .....

| | Re: Colin's contribution to the Amish Benifit Hi gang just an update, my carving has just over 3 hours remaining on ebay. This is the carving where all the proceeds are going to Amish families that were affected in those horrific murders of the school children in Lancaster County PA.
again here is the link if your interested.
