| | Canada oh burrrrrrr Just got back to Georgia from a 8 day fishing trip to the upper reaches of Ontario Canada.... Started out nice weather wise, ended up cold and rainy.
It sure was pretty, leaves changing and all. Went fishing on lake Pashkagogin near Pickle Lake.
Lot's of very large fish, the biggest being a 44" Northern Pike.
Great trip |

| | Re: Canada oh burrrrrrr Sounds like you had a great trip! September is getting cool, and the leaves are turning very early this year for some reason. Even saw a flock of geese headed South last Tuesday, that's very early. Sounds like it's going to be a long winter.

| | Re: Canada oh burrrrrrr Not that I wish a long winter on you folks up north, but down here in the south it was a long, hot and humid summer. I'm looking VERY forward to some cooler if not cold air to come floating this way.
Any time you want to send one of your Alberta Clippers down this way with some cold air, feel free.

| | Re: Canada oh burrrrrrr No way, man. We live up here for that very reason. We like our long, cold, dreary winter season.
Who am I kidding? I'll trade you a bucket of cold for a gallon of heat. Come see me roundabout January. |

| | Re: Canada oh burrrrrrr We are a complaining buch for sure. We complain of lack of rain or to much rain. We complain of the heat, then the cold, we complain that we need to settle down and marry a nice woman, then marriage, then baby carriage and still complain more. We complain about being over weight, under weight, no fun, to much fun, our work, but can't wait to get back after vacation as to et some rest. We complain about opur country, the world, but that is all we do is complain. We complain about our president, the lack of understand he has for what is going on, but we vote another president that is equally not understand the country or the world.
Yes we are a sad lot we humans are. Always complaining. |
