I don't know about the carving but something sure looks good on the table. As they would say on Hee Haw to Grandpa Jones.... "What's for supper?"

Oh Eddy, Goody hooked us up! From what I remember, they had huge sausage sandwiches, chips, and 2 5-layer cakes!

And I'll bet one of them was a Coconut Cake with three or four layers....... droooooooool..... I've got to make a run to New England in May... Make sure you're out by I-84 with a cake in hand as I pass. I'll grab it on the run! Ha! Ha!
