| | Back from Idaho Returned Monday. I spent yesterday cleaning since everything is black with ash & soot. Today I have to do my shop area, its black. I don't know how we didn't loose buildings but we were lucky. Lost about 50% of the vegatation, trees that take so long to grow that we would never live long enough to see them. BUT we are fortunate, others weren't.
I really like Idaho and am ready to get there and start a new life. love the farm land and how one can live out in the country but have major shopping 5 miles away. Here we have to go 15 miles to town and our shopping is very limited.
Buying there depends on the sale of this place so I don't know how well that will go now. We may consider renting in Idaho until this place sells. Its all kind of up in the air now.
thanks for all your kind words and prays.

| | Re: Back from Idaho Nancy, it is so good to hear that your place is OK, well, sort of. We were wondering how things were out there. Not much good news was coming in on the news channels, so it was hard to tell.

| | Re: Back from Idaho Good To hear your home is ok.. Hope Hubby is as well .
I would suggest carving the trees will make the house sell faster . No replanting necessary ...
Anyway good to hear your not starting over .
