Default Baby Annoucement!!!!

We pleased to announce the arrival of five new lives to this world.

After a week's worth of waiting and several false alarms this morning our delivered:
1 white with a gray spot kitten
1 black kitten
1 black tabby with white spots
1 orange marmalade with an oreo white belly band
1 orange marmalade tabby kitten

Mom seems to be doing fine but a touch tuckered out and all the babies have nice fat full tummies!

The Irish family

Oh Susan! Those are wonderful and bless your heart for being who you are with those animals.

I'm the same way and right now we have 4 dogs (a 16 year old miniature poodle, a 13 year old cocker spaniel who was rescued from people who were making her live under their house, a 2 year old toy poodle rescue and a 3 year old poodle Llhasa cross rescue), an 11 year old cat who looks a lot like that was a pound rescue and a 19 year old Cockatiel. Plus 3 aquariums full of fish. Most people just call our place the Forseth Zoo.

It is wonderful that there are people like you who care enough to care for those poor animals that are unwanted, neglected and abused so from one animal lover to another - THANK YOU!

Lindy

I believe that the solid marmalade, the first born, is a male. But after that our Miss B-aby got a little fast and furious with dropping the rest of the litter that I did not have a chance to check! The solid marmalade has a pale face mask ... not white ... pale golden orange with distinct tabby stripes. Even his feet are orange!

She just absolutely had to go outside for her evening necessaries and did not return until around 8AM ... AHH! At which point she showed up on the kitchen window ledge letting me know she wanted in. So I open the door and she scooted down the hall to one of the nesting boxes we had laid out. I think she was breaking her water even as she climbed in. About 20 minutes later the first arrived.

As everyone is having their first hard nap as a family I am letting them alone. Later this afternoon I will do a him/her check!

Susan

Lindy, Miss B-aby thanked me this morning by chosing to come home to drop her litter. We had fears that she would chose some outdoor shed or hide-away. Then she added to that thanks by bringing such wonderful tiny gifts into our lives.
