Default Art show

Well my art show is next weekend and I have been working on my display so I have not been carving at all. Do not expect to do much. Not much money up here in N.E. Montana and on the rez to boot, but it should be fun and give me a good idea on what the public thinks of my work. At last count there was 20 entires so It is not going to be very big, but for up here thats allot. When I get my display set up I will post some pics. I would like to take this time to THANK every one here for your help and kind words that have got me to the point that I am at now. YOU ALL are the best. I have done a bunch of things in my life and most of the time people act like there trade is a big secret and will not help you out getting started. so when they quit there trade they take there wisdom with them. That does not help the next one to come along. You folks are very open and thats is what makes this keep growing. So again a BIG THANKS to ALL of you for your help and support. Vince

Life sometimes has a way of exceeding our expectations,,or at the least giving us gifts we couldn't have expected. The greatest thing here is you are doing it. Big show,,little show,,doesn't matter. Like you alluded to,,others will see your work,,and personally ,,,there can be some anxiety about that in itself.

You have done some fine work. Trust in that and yourself and you will do just fine. Just relax..enjoy the experience and have fun,,,that's what it's all about in the final tally.

All the best to you. Mark

Good luck Vince. I think your carvings are very good and you'll do fine at the show.
