Gee ,,,I thought I was the only one who made them as well.I've been making them for about 6 yrs now.

There are so many formulas that sound more like something you would bake to eat. What a world of difference there is to these as opposed to regular soap.

And it's so odd,,,taking lye,,, which will burn your skin right off,,,and make a soap out of it.

Remember,,these have to set for some time until the residues from the lye are totally gone. Leave them set for several weeks before you use them. Until then they can be harsh.
