Happy Memorial Day! Just wanted to thank all our veterans and those currently serving in the military. Also, thank you to all the families of these individuals, especially the spouses, left behind while their husbands and wives go off to protect our country. I know there are some vets on this board. Just wondering what Branch and Division you served? My father was a Paratrooper in the Army 82nd AirBorne Division back in the early 60s. |

As a veteran I would like to thank everyone on this mesage board for acknowleding our military of all branches.I would like to also thank the Navy Seabees in which I was a part of for five years of my life and do not regret it at any time. The seabees do not get much recognition because there are not many of them but they play a vital role in our military heritage. If you are courious who they are watch "John Wayne and the Fighting Seabees"A great classic. Thanks again.

Adding my Thanks too! I may not always agree with 'why we are there' but I have always felt a true gratitude and respect for the men and women who are willing to fight and die to keep all of us safe and free! Deborah

Warriors hate war! A way of life not worth fighting for is not much of a way of life, we have a wonderful country and worth fighting for, both abroad and here at home......watch the politicians carefully and VOTE!
