 Newby question up date You may remember on 07/11 I posted a newby question about a new burner unit I had just purchased and didn't seem to be functioning properly. The make was "Nibsburner". Many of you never heard of that make. To make a long story short, The nice people at Nibsburner, have sent me a new unit plus 2 extra burners. They included their UPS number so I could return the unit I have at no cost to me. That's really good service. Google "nibsburner" and check out their complete line. They are located in Colorado. | Re: Newby question up date Nibsburner has been around for awhile. Several sites sell them. Notice Jon Nelson sells them Glad you had great service from them. Nothing like a little letter to them,eh?
