Default Might Little-Oak 1st Attempt Water Colours

This is my First attempt at using Water Colours on a Burning

Mighty Little Oak taken fron Susan,s Book Wood Spirits and

Greenmen
Water Colours used on this project;
Van Goch.......................Yellow Light
Van Goch........................Chinese White
Coleman.........................Sap Green

and Venus Acrylic.............Burnt Sienna.

Hi Mike, It looks like you are well on your way working with water colors.
If I might suggest that you try your hand at not burning in the outline on your pictures. Transfer patterns with graphite as always but shade along those lines. Susan covered that some in the tutorial she just did. You'll be amazed at the depth you can create that way.

Susan has some fantastic greenman creations, don't be afraid to elaborate on them and add your own touches. It's a great way to ease into creating your own without causing any stress if you're doing it right or not.

Thats certainly sound advise and will certainly try that out........
Just normal Transfer then shade or work in... instead of burning the outline of the Pattern!! Is that correct...........!!
