Default heres the fourth one

so, a new one, let me hear what you think.
this one thaught me a lot, but probably still gave me more questions.
like, how can i create large areas with midtones?
i´ve been watching a lot of pictures of burnings, and see that some people tend to
make dots instead of a smooth layer. i got the best results so far by moving the tool constantly in smal circles. is there a better way?
this is a small piece, about 12 x 12 cm, so the areas are not too big to handle.. well almost. i started from the eye, which you can tell, cause it has a lot of thes dots.

thanks for interest.

Very nice job. I'm a fan of burning in small circles to create shading. The trick is to burn lightly and add layers and blending to create multi-toned shading.

I strongly suggest that you read Susan's (Irish) sticky "Acorn WIP" if you haven't already done so.

Thanks for the comments! Carver33, that has been on my "to do" list for a while. I gave it a quick view and it seems to be full of well worthy information, Thanks.
